Promoting cooperation between Vietnam and Japan in all fields   On the afternoon of April 22, the Vietnamese Embassy in Tokyo hosted a reception for a delegation of the Japan-Vietnam Friendship Parliamentarians' Federation led by President Yuko Obuchi and leaders and parliamentarians of the Federation.
