WARNING TO CITIZENS ABOUT FISHING AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES IN RESTRICTED AREAS IN JAPAN
Recently, several tragic accidents involving Vietnamese citizens have occurred in Japan related to fishing and recreational activities in dangerous areas, especially in coastal regions with high wave warnings and restricted access. Despite repeated warnings from the Embassy and local authorities about the dangers, legal regulations, and safety measures within the Vietnamese community in Japan, some Vietnamese citizens still enter these areas.
To prevent similar accidents, the Vietnamese Embassy in Japan warns Vietnamese citizens residing, studying, or working in Japan, as well as Vietnamese tourists visiting Japan, to absolutely refrain from entering restricted areas in Japan; When traveling for fishing, strictly adhere to the instructions, signs, safety regulations of the authorities, and other local laws and regulations.
