The special solidarity between Vietnam and Laos grows ever stronger

          On the occasion of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2), the Embassy of Laos in Japan visited the Embassy of Vietnam to offer congratulations, demonstrating the special solidarity, steadfast loyalty, and close bonds shared by the two Parties, States, and peoples of Vietnam and Laos.

During the meeting, Lao Ambassador Amphay Kindavong extended his warm National Day congratulations to the people of Vietnam. He expressed his confidence that, under the leadership of the Communist Party, Vietnam would continue to achieve great successes and make active contributions to regional peace, stability, and cooperation.

          Vietnamese Ambassador Pham Quang Hieu emphasized that, under the leadership of the Communist Party, Vietnam is advancing along a new path, ushering in an era of national resurgence. In this process, the continued consolidation and deepening of the traditional friendship, special solidarity, and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Laos remain a consistent policy and a top priority for the Party and State of Vietnam. The Ambassador expressed his sincere gratitude to the Lao Embassy in Japan, regarding the Lao side's attention and sentiments as a valuable source of encouragement that helps strengthen political trust, close ties, and strategic confidence between the two Parties, States, and representative missions.

          The meeting served as a vivid testament to the steadfast, loyal bond and strategic trust between Vietnam and Laos, while also helping to further nurture the foundation of this special relationship and enhance coordination and closeness between the two embassies in Japan.
