Ambassador Pham Quang Hieu and the High-Level Delegation of the Vietnamese Ministry of Public Security Visit Japan

           From June 28 to July 1, 2026, a high-level delegation from the Vietnamese Ministry of Public Security, led by Lieutenant General Dang Hong Duc, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Deputy Minister of Public Security, visited Japan to promote cooperation with Japanese agencies and partners in the fields of healthcare, science and technology, training, security industry, fire prevention and fighting, and rescue and relief.

          The Vietnamese Ambassador to Japan, Pham Quang Hieu, participated in the delegation's activities and worked with Japanese agencies and partners to promote substantive cooperation between the two sides.

          During the visit, the delegation visited and worked at the Vietnamese Embassy in Japan. Ambassador Pham Quang Hieu provided information on the Vietnam-Japan relationship and the work of the Embassy. Both sides agreed to continue strengthening coordination between the Embassy and the Ministry of Public Security in promoting cooperation with Japanese agencies and partners, contributing to the effective implementation of the Vietnam-Japan Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
