The “TOKYO GIRLS COLLECTION in VIETNAM 2026” Fashion Festival - A Notable Milestone in Vietnam-Japan Cultural Exchange

The renowned Japanese fashion and music festival, Tokyo Girls Collection, is scheduled to be held for the first time in Vietnam under the name "TOKYO GIRLS COLLECTION in VIETNAM 2026," taking place on March 28-29, 2026, at Van Phuc City Urban Area, Ho Chi Minh City. Originating in Japan in 2005 with the message of bringing Japanese youth culture to the world, the event has developed into a large-scale program combining fashion shows, music, and lifestyle, attracting widespread public attention, especially from young people.

 The program in Vietnam is organized through a collaboration between W TOKYO – the founder of Tokyo Girls Collection, Sojitz Corporation – a Japanese diversified trading group with many years of operation in Vietnam, and POPS Worldwide – a digital entertainment company operating in Southeast Asia. The event is planned to include various cultural exchange activities, fashion shows, and musical performances featuring Japanese and Vietnamese artists, thereby fostering connections between young people from both countries and encouraging creative collaboration in the region.

 The organization of “TOKYO GIRLS COLLECTION in VIETNAM 2026” is expected to become a significant milestone in cultural exchange between Vietnam and Japan, contributing to enhanced mutual understanding and enriching bilateral cultural cooperation activities. The program is sponsored by the Vietnamese Embassy in Japan and the Consulate General of Japan in Ho Chi Minh City.
