On July 30, 2025, Ambassador Pham Quang Hieu had a working session with Mr. Hayakawa Yuho, Director General of Southeast Asia and the Pacific - JICA. The two sides expressed their delight at the close cooperation and positive results between JICA and Vietnam in recent times. At the meeting, the Ambassador and Mr. Hayakawa discussed the progress of JICA's projects in Vietnam, and exchanged measures to promote bilateral cooperation in the coming time.
