Đại sứ Phạm Quang Hiệu làm việc với Thống đốc tỉnh Hiroshima

On March 19, 2025, Ambassador Pham Quang Hieu met and worked with the Governor of Hiroshima Prefecture, Mr. Yuzaki Hidehiko, at the Embassy of Vietnam in Japan. During the meeting, Ambassador Pham Quang Hieu expressed his gratitude to Governor Yuzaki and the Hiroshima prefectural government for their warm hospitality and thoughtful reception of the high-level Vietnamese government delegation, led by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, during the Expanded G7 Summit in May 2023. The two sides also discussed the recent exchanges between Hiroshima Prefecture and Vietnam, as well as measures to enhance cooperation in the future.

Hiroshima Prefecture and Khanh Hoa Province signed a Memorandum of Cooperation in June 2024. Both sides are actively implementing various cooperative initiatives, particularly in the fields of investment, trade, education and training, tourism, and cultural exchange. The Vietnamese community in Hiroshima Prefecture currently numbers approximately 15,000 people, making it the largest foreign community in the province.
