ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING GUIDANCE AND SUPPORT FOR CERTAIN CONSULAR PROCEDURES IN HOKKAIDO

The Embassy of Vietnam in Japan, in coordination with the Honorary Consulate of Vietnam in Sapporo City, Hokkaido, Japan, and the Association of Vietnamese People in Hokkaido, will organize a consultation and dissemination session on legal regulations related to administrative procedures, as well as assistance in checking documents and verifying identity for certain consular procedures for citizens in the Hokkaido region. Specific details are as follows:

Time: Saturday, March 14, 2026, Morning: from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM; Afternoon: 13:00 to 17:00
