Ambassador Pham Quang Hieu visits and works in Hiroshima

On December 9-10, 2025, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Vietnam to Japan, Pham Quang Hieu, visited and worked in Hiroshima Prefecture, met with the Mayor of Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture, and attended the welcoming ceremony for the Vietnamese Navy's ship 015 - Tran Hung Dao visiting the Kure naval base in Japan.

The Mayor of Kure City expressed a warm welcome to Ambassador Pham Quang Hieu and the Vietnamese Navy's ship 015 - Tran Hung Dao visiting and interacting with the city; highly appreciated and thanked the contributions of Vietnamese workers to the city's development, and expressed a desire to continue improving policies, working conditions, and living conditions to receive more Vietnamese workers. Ambassador Pham Quang Hieu thanked the Mayor, the Government, and the people of the city for creating favorable conditions for the Vietnamese community to integrate into the local society and for organizing exchange activities with the city's residents.
