Ambassador Pham Quang Hieu meets with Komeito Party Chairman Saito Tetsuo

On February 12, 2025, at the Embassy of Vietnam in Japan, Ambassador Pham Quang Hieu warmly welcomed Mr. Saito Tetsuo, Chairman of the Komeito Party, along with party members, for a visit and working session.　The two sides discussed plans for delegation exchanges and measures to strengthen cooperation in investment, infrastructure, trade, human resource development, and people-to-people exchanges in the coming time. The meeting was also attended by Ms. Taketani Toshiko, Acting Chairman of the Komeito Party; Mr. Niizuma Hideki, Head of the International Affairs Department; Mr. Yakura Katsui, Komeito Party Senator; as well as department heads and embassy officials.
