Ambassador Pham Quang Hieu Meets with the Governor of Kagawa Prefecture

On February 27, 2025, at the Embassy of Vietnam, Ambassador Pham Quang Hieu met and worked with the Governor of Kagawa Prefecture, Mr. Ikeda Toyohide. During the meeting, Ambassador Pham Quang Hieu and Governor Ikeda discussed the exchange and cooperation between Kagawa Prefecture and Vietnam in various fields such as local cooperation, labor, trade, science and technology, education and training, tourism, and people-to-people exchanges.

Kagawa Prefecture and Hai Phong City officially signed a Memorandum of Cooperation in August 2024. Governor Ikeda expressed his desire to continue organizing charter flights to Vietnam and to visit Vietnam soon to further promote exchanges and cooperation between Kagawa Prefecture and Vietnam.
