Ambassador Pham Quang Hieu Marks Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21)

On the morning of June 22, the Embassy of Vietnam in Japan hosted a gathering for Tokyo-based press agencies to mark the 101st anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21). The event was attended by Ambassador Pham Quang Hieu, Embassy staff, and reporters from VOV, VTV, and the Vietnam News Agency (VNA). At the gathering, the Ambassador acknowledged and highly valued the role of these press agencies in providing timely coverage of diplomatic activities, the state of Vietnam-Japan relations, and the Vietnamese community in Japan; through this work, they contribute to promoting the image of the country and its people while strengthening the friendship between the two nations. The Ambassador affirmed that the Embassy would continue to provide support and create favorable conditions for journalistic activities. Representatives of the press agencies expressed their gratitude for the Embassy's partnership and support, while pledging to continue innovating and acting as a bridge for information, thereby helping to foster Vietnam-Japan relations and vividly reflect the lives of the Vietnamese community in the region./.
